Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the staff was accommodating and always had a smile on their face. the room was clean and modern with a comfy bed and fresh linens. the location was close to a few local restaurants and shops which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. the free breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The distance from the city center. It was a bit of a hassle to commute back and forth, but it was worth it for the overall quality of the hotel.

The room was clean and big enough for a romantic escape. The view from the window was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city as it was situated near public transportation and shopping centers. Another advantage was the room service, which was prompt and efficient.
The front desk staff was not friendly and did not show any interest in helping us with our queries. We also experienced a few communication problems due to the language barrier.

The hotel is located near to the airport, making it convenient for layovers. the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of staff were noted by many guests. Some of the rooms had modern and impressive features, such as classical music controlled by a touchscreen panel. Some guests also complimented the bathroom amenities and size of the bed. Breakfast was tasty, by Chinese standards.
A few frustrated visitors mentioned issues with their bookings, either due to a time limit on check-in or the hotel overbooking and giving away their room.
